Adjuvant

DOCET-L-00713: A Phase II, Open-Label, Pilot Study of the Safety and Efficacy of Two Docetaxel (Taxotere)-Based Regimens plus Bevacizumab (Avastin) for the Adjuvant Treatment of Patients with Node Positive or High Risk Node Negative Breast Cancer. [UCLA]

Advanced or Metastatic

AVF 3694g: A Phase III, randomized, placebo-controlled trial designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Bevacizumab (Avastin) in combination with chemotherapy compared with chemotherapy alone in subjects with previously untreated metastatic breast cancer. [UCLA]

CIRG/TORI 010: A Phase II study to determine if treatment with Paclitaxel plus AMG 706 is superior to paclitaxel plus AMG 706 placebo in subjects with HER2 negative locally recurrent or metastatic breast cancer. Furthermore, the study would like to estimate differences between treatment with Paclitaxel plus AMG 706 and Paclitaxel plus Bevacizumab (Avastin). [UCLA]

CZOL446E2352:  A Phase III 3-arm study of continued efficacy and safety of Zometa for patients with breast cancer and bone metastases. [VCHOS]

GSK VEG20007:  A Phase II study to compare the efficacy and safety of Pazopanib(GW786034) in combination with Lapatinib (Tykerb) with that of Lapatinib (Tykerb) alone in subjects with locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer whose tumors overexpress the ErbB2 protein. [UCLA]

TORI B-04:  A randomized Phase II trial of Fulvestrant (Faslodex) and/or Trastuzumab (Herceptin) in the first line treatment of hormone receptor-positive, Her2Neu overexpressing stage IV breast cancer. [UCLA]

Bone Metastases:

CZOL446E2352:  A Phase III 3-arm study of continued efficacy and safety of Zometa for patients with breast cancer and bone metastases. [VCHOS]
