Amgen 20060141 (SPIRITT): A multi-center, open-label, randomized Phase II study evaluating the safety and efficacy of FOLFIRI (5-Flurouracil, Leucovorin and Irinotecan) with either Panitumumab (Vectibix) or Bevacizumab (Avastin) as second line treatment in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer. TORI GI-02:  A randomized Phase II study evaluating combination Flurorouracil and Bevacizumab versus Fluorouracil and Bevacizumab plus Cetuximab versus Bevacizumab plus Cetuximab in patients with chemotherapy-naive metastaic colorectal cancer who have compromised performance status. [UCLA]
