Chronic Disease Fund provides assistance to patients with ankylosing spondylitis, asthma, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, growth hormone deficiency, multiple myeloma, multiple sclerosis, myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), non-small cell lung cancer, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis and  rheumatoid arthritis. 1-877-968-7233

Healthwell Foundation provides assistance to patients with acute porphyrias, anemia with chronic renal insufficiency, chemotherapy induced anemia, chemotherapy induced neutropenia, colorectal carcinoma, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, head and neck cancer, hodgkins disease, immunosuppresive treatment for solid organ transplant recipients, iron overload as a result of blood transfusions, multiple myeloma, moderate to severe asthma, myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), non-hodgkins lymphoma, non-small cell lung cancer, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, secondary hyperparathyroidism and Wilm's tumor.  1-800-675-8416

Patient Advocate Foundation is a national non-profit organization that serves as liaison between the patient and insurer, employer and/or creditors to resolve insurance, job retention and debt crisis matters in relation to their diagnosis. 1-800-532-5274

Patient Advocate Foundation Co-Pay Relief (PAF CPR) assists insured patients diagnosed with head & neck, breast, colon, lung, lymphoma, prostate, kidney and pancreatic cancer, sarcoma, secondary issues associated with cancer treatment,  autoimmune, macular degeneration and diabetes in meeting their co-payments. 1-866-512-3861

Patient Services Incorporated (PSI) is a national non-profit organization that specializes in health care insurance premium, co-payment and waiver assistance for people with chronic medical illnesses. It assists patients with acromegaly disorder, alpha1-antitrypsin deficiency, bone disease, chronic myeloid leukemia, chronic myelocytic leukemia, Fabry disease, gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST), growth hormone deficiency, hemophilia, hepatitis C, MPS-1-Hurler/Scheie, primary immune deficiency & solid organ transplant anti-rejection therapy.  1-800-366-7741
